Maisha Meds automatically receives information about your usage of the application, including the GPS information for your facility and your activity within the application.

Maisha Meds may keep a copy of the data you log into the software as a part of your use of the service for an indeterminate amount of time. To assist in development, we may keep copies of usage patterns and trends as well as information about your sync history and orders you make to suppliers. We may keep call log, notification log, billing/ payment, and other log data for at least six months from the date of entry.

Maisha Meds uses the personally identifiable and other collected information in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy and that is compliant with the United State’s Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the Kenya Data Protection Act. Agents, Consultants and Related Third Parties: Maisha Meds, like many businesses, sometimes uses other companies to perform certain business-related functions. Examples of such functions include mailing information, maintaining databases and processing payments.
